Meet the team

Ryan is a residency-trained pharmacist and owner of Collierville Compounding Pharmacy. After graduating from Collierville High School, he attended the University of Memphis, where he studied Microbiology and Cellular & Molecular Biology. He was accepted into the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Pharmacy after three years of undergraduate coursework and earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2011.

Ryan went on to complete an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Following residency, he spent over a decade practicing as a specialty clinical pharmacist with a focus on infectious, autoimmune, and oncology disease states before acquiring Collierville Compounding Pharmacy.

Ryan values direct patient interaction and is committed to helping patients and prescribers navigate personalized medication solutions.

Outside of the pharmacy, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and their pets, and he enjoys rock climbing in his free time.

Kasia Sandlin is a Certified Pharmacy Technician who joined our team in June 2025 and quickly found her passion in compounding and independent pharmacy practice. She brings nearly two decades of pharmacy experience and values working in an environment where patient care, customization, and teamwork are central to daily practice.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Kasia earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Wilmington College. She has been a certified pharmacy technician since 2006 and has worked in a variety of pharmacy settings across Ohio, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Florida, and Tennessee, giving her a broad and well-rounded background in pharmacy operations.

Kasia is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have one daughter and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and competing in team trivia with current and former coworkers.
