We’re open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and closed on weekends and major holidays.

Upon request, prescriptions may be delivered for a $7.50 fee. Deliveries within Shelby County and the City of Oakland, Tennessee are provided by RxMailer, a HIPAA-compliant prescription courier service. Shipments outside these areas are sent via UPS or USPS for the same $7.50 fee.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay

No. We are a USP <795> and USP <800> non-sterile compounding pharmacy. Our practice is limited to non-sterile compounded preparations prepared in accordance with applicable standards.

No, we do not accept insurance plans. If your insurance covers compounded prescriptions, we can provide the information you need to submit a claim directly to your insurance provider.

Preparation time depends on the complexity of your prescription. While we make every effort to complete prescriptions as quickly as possible, most new compounded prescriptions are typically ready for pickup by 3:00 PM on the next business day.

For refills, we ask that you allow two business days’ notice before you need the medication.

Once your prescription is complete, you will receive a text notification letting you know it is ready.
