We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.  We are closed on weekends and all Major Holidays.

Yes, we offer prescription delivery in Collierville upon request between 4pm and 6pm.  We can ship prescriptions throughout Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas.

No, we are a USP 795 and USP 800 non-sterile compounding lab.

No, we do not accept any insurance plans. If your plan will pay for a compounded prescription, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary information for you to file a claim with your insurance provider.

That depends on the complexity of your prescription. We will do our best to get your prescription ready as quickly as possible; however most new prescriptions will be complete and ready for pick up the next business day after 3pm. 

For refills we ask that you give us 3 days notice before you actually need the medication.
